As a technical professional who has both looked for jobs and been responsible to hiring people I have seen many types of agencies. There are the ones who throw a bunch of resumes at clients, those who try to sell candidates like a used car and those who build relationships on both sides and do what it takes to get the job done while doing the right thing. Anteo strives for the latter. They treat their clients and candidates like people. For them, the long-term relationship is much more important than the short term sale. Out of the many IT staffing agencies in town Anteo stands out as a boutique shop that supports the development community. They give their clients, candidates and contractors the personal touch that makes them my first choice when I am looking for people for my team or my next assignment.
