Dion DeLoof, CEO

Dion DeLoof co-founded Anteo Group in August of 2002. Dion is responsible for over-all day-to-day responsibilities at Anteo Group. Prior to Anteo Group, Dion completed 10 years with Allegis Group Inc. His tenure with Allegis Group included a six-year term in Europe where he led Allegis’ first integration of an acquisition, as Director of European Operations for Andlock, The Hague, Netherlands; as well as roles including European Division Director, Engineering Services, Allegis Group, London, England and Director of U.K. Operations, IT Services, Allegis Group, London, England. DeLoof earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hope College.

Patrick Baumgartner, Vice President

Pat Baumgartner is responsible for setting the overall strategic business development direction for Anteo Group’s Enterprise Java & Infrastructure Staff Augmentation and Consulting practices. This includes leading the Business Development team and serving as National Account Manager for several key accounts. Baumgartner began his career as a software developer working for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) for six years, including assignments in Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA. In 1997 Baumgartner transitioned his career from software development to business development, working for technology firms focused on providing software development, warehouse management and web application development services. He has consistently been a top performer since joining Anteo Group in early 2004. Baumgartner earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.

Patti Dismukes, Vice President of Professional Services

Patti Dismukes is responsible for business development and delivery of project services for Anteo Group. Patti has more than 15 years experience planning, building, selling and managing IT solutions with a track record of successful growth. Prior to Anteo Group, Patti was VP of Recruitment Services for OnSite Resource Solutions, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing company. Prior to OnSite, she was with MDI Group and Spherion Technology Division. As Senior Vice President of Professional Services for MDI Group, and National Vice President for Project Governance and Software Quality Management for Spherion, she designed and executed IT solutions and practices which generated significant growth for each company. Patti has been an active member of WIT, the leading association committed to the development of Georgia’s businesswomen in the technology industry since the organization’s inception. She has served in many volunteer roles, been a coach and mentor for Careers in Action. In 2006 and 2007, she served as Co-Chair of WIT Connect, which each year generates significant funding to benefit WIT programs. In 2007, she was a nominee for WIT’s prestigious “Woman of the Year” award. Patti has also been involved with TAG and served on the Board of Directors for the Southeastern Software Association.

Jim Montembeau
 Managing Partner – Anteo Executive Search

Jim Montembeau specializes in information technology, energy/smart grid, engineering, and related disciplines. His deep understanding in these areas provide him with the ability to extract pertinent, empirical client and candidate information regarding all facets of executive searches. Jim is a frequent guest speaker at the University of Georgia, Georgia Tech, Emory University, and other organizations on topics related to Executive Coaching, Corporate Strategy, and Emerging Trends. Montembeau received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Maine in 1988, with a minor in Business Administration. In 2006, he earned an MBA from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia, with an emphasis in domestic and international corporate leadership. That same year, he completed an international residency in Shanghai and Beijing, China.

Jessica Beeland, Director of Finance

Jessica Beeland is responsible for the financial activities for Anteo Group LLC, Anteo Executive Search and Anteo Group United Kingdom. This includes forecasting, budgeting and analysis. Prior to Anteo Group, Beeland held various positions in Finance and Operations in the Real Estate, Franchising and Telecom industries. Previously, Beeland was the Assistant Controller to the franchisee of one of the largest fast food retail chains in the U.S. and was a key contributor to establishing operational and financial policies and procedures. Beeland earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University.

Mike Smith, Managing Director of Sales Operations UK

Mike Smith is responsible for Anteo Group UK, which comprises Sales Operations, Strategic Planning as well as all UK financial activities. Prior to Anteo Group, Smith was the Divisional Manager for Robert Half Technology, handling operations across the UK. Previously, Smith spent six years with a leading global staffing company, and he was instrumental in building IT staffing operations in the UK. Smith earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from The University of Liverpool in England.
