Philanthropy
We believe in being effective, both in the workplace and working within the community.
Through financial contribution, hands-on employee involvement and the commitment of other organizations who share our vision, TeamAnteo has helped further the cause of several philanthropic organizations. Since 2004, we have been active in supporting Kate’s Club, Atlanta Community ToolBank, and the Technology Association of Georgia Education Collaborative.
Kate’s Club
In 2011, Anteo Group was named a Kate’s Club Corporate Champion. Kate’s Club is a non-profit organization that empowers children and teens facing life after the death of a parent or sibling. Kate’s Club was founded by Kate Atwood who lost her mother at the age of 12. She was inspired to help other children unite with their peers who shared a similar experience of loss so they would know they were not alone in their grieving. Kate’s Club started in June 2003 with six children, their families and a gathering at a local bowling alley. Today they have touched the lives of approximately 250 children, with support from more than 100 volunteers. Kate’s Club offers a curriculum of four main programs providing social, recreational and emotional support to the children of Kate’s Club. We encourage other organizations and individuals to support this important initiative by checking out www.katesclub.org for more information.

The TAG Education Collaborative is a non-profit organization focused on strengthening Georgia’s future workforce by uniting Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) resources with leading education initiatives while emphasizing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Georgia, with its growing technology community, need to enhance, upgrade and develop new activities, process and programs to, not only raise the quality of schools in general, but equally important, elevate the effectiveness of schools to produce more students pursuing STEM specific majors in institutions of higher education and ultimately STEM related careers.
